Hi! My name is Sharzad. I'm a RYT 500 and a Certified Ganja Yoga Teacher in South Bay LA area. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have been teaching for over 8. I specialize in Cannabis-enhanced Yoga and Hatha Yoga. I teach private 1:1, group, special events, and corporate wellness, both in person and virtual. Since 2015, I’ve helped numerous people find peace, tranquility, and an overall sense of well-being through yoga, both with and without cannabis.
My passion for sharing this amazing practice stems from my own personal experience with it. Cannabis-enhanced yoga has helped me and continues to help me journey inward to find peace, solace, insight, healing, and transformation. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share this lovely practice with others. You don’t have to be physically flexible or have any experience to reap the benefits.
Oftentimes, accumulated stress leaves our body in a fight, flight, freeze mode, without us even realizing it, which can lead to physical and mental distress.
